Father God I lift up to you our men and women of law enforcement as they continue to perform heroically in the face of many dangerous and conflicting obstacles. I pray that You will watch over and protect them from injury and death as well as giving them wisdom as they are required to make quick and life threatening decisions. I pray for their families who are under tremendous stress especially as they attempt to quell riots, property destruction and loss of life. They are our first responders to any criminal actions, riotous conditions and catastrophic weather activities so Father I ask that You place Your protective hands above and around their lives and Father that we may glorify Your name and give You praise for loving and caring for us!
